These chemically treated pads assist in the prevention of battery terminal corrosion/sulphation and corrosion of body work from minor battery leaks. They suit posts 14-26mm in diameter (JIS & SAE, punch-out inner ring) for top & side post batteries.
Anti-corrosion washers extend the life of batteries & terminals by preventing corrosion between the battery terminal and the battery posts while also preventing messy build-up unlike the use of Vaseline or grease.
