Shipping and Delivery Information
We offer Free Next Working Day Delivery for most car batteries in Metro Sydney & Melbourne, Monday to Friday. This excludes public holidays and weekends. If you need the battery faster, or you are outside the Metro delivery area give us a call.

Please include a contact phone number for Courier deliveries, as the driver needs a contact number before setting out to deliver to your door. We may also call you to confirm your address (or ask for ID on larger orders).
You will receive an email confirmation of your order so please ensure you use a valid email address & check your spam folder. We aim to process orders on the same day if possible, or on the next working day depending on stock availability. There are a few exceptions (e.g. some very large items or complex orders).
When considering delivery times, please remember that if you are ordering something very heavy and/or dangerous goods (e.g. wet cell batteries, lithium batteries) the above estimates are averages only. We can't guarantee freight times to regional or remote areas. PO Box’s can be fine for small items but check first for larger items such as car batteries!
Most smaller items ship for free Australia Wide. Heavy and Dangerous goods items usually have a charge, especially to remote or regional areas.
Pickup is generally available from our stores, but please call to check stock levels before travelling. A list of stores can be found at the bottom of this page.
Most orders are sent via Australia Post or a Parcel Courier (e.g. Toll Ipec, TNT). A signature is not normally required for small items, e.g. phone batteries which are just delivered to your mailbox.
Orders are marked "Authority to Leave" unless otherwise requested by the customer.
We deliver batteries to caravan parks all the time, but please be prepared to wait for your order to arrive. If you have a set schedule, please call us before (or after) ordering to make sure it all goes smoothly.
