Site Security and Privacy

Your Security & Payment Options

  • You can pay securely online using your credit card (see below)
  • You can order and pay via the telephone if you prefer
  • You can Direct Deposit via a transfer into our bank account (see below)
  • You can pay by Cheque (please allow time for clearance)
  • You can use Paypal Online
  • We accept Afterpay in-store (conditions apply).

We use industry leading security in the form of "Geo Trust" Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the transfer of your card details and personal data using 256-bit encryption. You will be taken to our secure server to process your order before you are required to enter any credit card details.

Alternatively you can pay with Paypal. At the checkout stage you will be taken to the Paypal site where you can either enter your credit card details or log in to your Paypal account. With Paypal your card details remain confidential between you and Paypal, they are not passed to us / our bank.

We also provide an option to order online but provide offline payment (just select the "Cheque or Telephone payment" option during the checkout process). In this case you can ring the store with your credit card details after ordering, or you can send a cheque or make a direct bank deposit. The banking details will be provided to you in the order confirmation email.

In order to purchase products from our site we may need to collect contact and payment information from you. We will never pass on any contact, payment or any other personal information to third parties unless legally obliged to do so, or required to do so in the delivery of your product or service (for example we might need to provide your address to a courier company for delivery).

Contact information could include your name, email address, telephone number and delivery address. Payment information could include credit card or debit card details. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, including emails. We use contact and payment information collected from you in order to provide you with our products or services. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

We may use your email address to offer you products or services occasionally in the future which may be of interest to you. You can choose not to receive any future promotional information by contacting us by email at, or by selecting the appropriate option when you enter your details into the payment section of the secure checkout process.
