Shipping and Delivery information
*FREE Delivery for orders up to 15Kg. Sorry, but wet acid batteries (e.g. for cars & motorbikes) are excluded, see product pages for shipping costs. Also remote destinations (NT/FNQ/WA etc.) if your order is over 3kg.
Please include a contact phone number for Courier deliveries, as the driver needs a contact number before setting out to deliver to your door.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order so please ensure you use a valid email address & check your spam folder. We aim to process orders on the same day if possible, or on the next working day if your order is later in the day (or on a Sunday/ Public Holiday). There are a few exceptions (e.g. some very large batteries or complex orders).
Most orders are sent via Australia Post or a Parcel Courier (e.g. Toll Ipec) and typically arrive in 2 - 5 days depending on which part of Australia the order is being sent to (please allow up to 10 working days however). You may wish to create an account when you order to track your order status.
A signature is not normally required for small items, e.g. phone batteries which are just delivered to your mailbox. For larger items if nobody is available to take delivery of your battery (and if it cannot be left securely) then a card will be left with details of how to collect. You can speed up the delivery process by giving us authority to leave the battery if nobody is home, just put a note on your order or call to let us know where we can leave it.
